These terms govern your use of touchline.fit and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Touchline is an independent online retailer of soccer-style supporter apparel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any league, federation, club, or apparel brand. Country names are used descriptively to indicate the style each kit references.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are charged at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if pricing is misstated, if stock is unavailable, or if the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

Production & shipping

Each kit is produced after you order. Typical timeline from order to delivery is roughly 2–4 weeks (2–5 days to produce, then 2–3 weeks shipping). Some routes run longer due to customs or carrier delays. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & refunds

All sales are final. We accept replacements only for items that arrive defective or materially differ from what was ordered, and only when reported within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy for the full process.

Personalization

Customized kits (with a name and/or number printed) are non-returnable under any circumstance unless the kit itself is defective. We do not print names or numbers that, in our judgment, are offensive, infringe trademarks, or impersonate public figures.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@touchline.fit if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the site.
• Do not place orders using payment methods that are not yours.
• Do not resell our kits commercially without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Touchline name, design, photography, and copy on this site are ours. You may not copy or republish them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Touchline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
