How long delivery takes and what it costs.

Timeline

Each kit is produced after you order. Expect roughly 2–4 weeks from the day you place the order to the day it arrives, end to end:

• 2–5 days — production & dispatch (your kit is made and sent)
• 2–3 weeks — international transit and last-mile delivery

Personalized kits (with a name and/or number) add 1–2 days to production.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. International orders may take a little longer than the times above and can be subject to local import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email support@touchline.fit and we'll help.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email. You can also track any order at /track using your order number and the email you checked out with.

The shipment timeline shows the journey end to end. There is usually a quiet window of 2–4 days mid-route while the parcel is in air transit — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Delays we can't control

Customs clearance, weather, carrier backlogs around holidays, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can all add time. If your order is past 4 weeks, email support@touchline.fit with your order number — we'll look into it the same day.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the destination. Orders returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at your cost or refunded minus the original shipping charge.

Lost packages

If a tracking number shows "delivered" but you don't have the package, first check with neighbors and your building's mail room. If it's genuinely missing, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will work with the carrier to file a claim.
